Every session is unique, and is held with safety, presence, and opportunity for integration.

We begin with a moment of grounding to talk (if needed) and land into the space, with the

opportunity to ground in with the energy. There are multiple tools that I draw from to begin. We might pull a card, share a short meditation, or connect with that which we can't see that is ready to tend to our experience. Then we will begin the breathwork.

There is a natural arc to this experience. The breath is the container that we use to draw up what needs to be digested, approved, loved, and integrated. We will work to stoke the breath until we meet what we are looking for. Once we arrive at that nugget, the remainder of the time is for internal observation and integration.

I will be by your side (or virtual side, if you choose to experience this practice online) throughout the session, work with your emotional body to find the stuck places, and encourage your breath to go there. My job is the hold the space and guide you through your experience so that you can retain your own energy, transform the pieces that need tending, and return to yourself.
