Breath is the compass that centers the Self.
Somatic breathwork supports you in releasing and transforming unprocessed experiences from your past that have formed patterns of self-abandonment, people-pleasing, and disembodiment. It also promotes the development of interior seeing that promotes self-knowing and deep healing through working with the most fundamental aspect of life: the inhale and exhale.

I offer sessions that use breath as a tool to infiltrate the frozen stories we carry, and transform them into more energetic aliveness in our bodies. When we encounter and release stuck and frozen energy, it’s essential that we create a soft landing for the body and mind. My main focus is a technique that integrates fresh energy in an empowering way.

Each session is unique. We will work together to ground, and explore utilizing multiple techniques grounded in deep compassion for the human experience. Often I will support you by working with your guides that might show up at the moment, and teach you the techniques to better access your interior landscape. There is always a focused conclusion that integrates what comes up, and how to use it.
